For over two decades, Frazer Hendrick built her reputation in the world of thoroughbred race horses. Her eye for conformation, her understanding of bloodlines, and her commitment to exceptional care produced champion after champion — many wearing the coveted blue ribbon.
Seven years ago, Frazer discovered alpacas. What began as a fascination quickly became a passion. She recognized in these remarkable animals the same qualities that drew her to thoroughbreds: the importance of lineage, the beauty of exceptional fiber, and the quiet dignity of a well-bred animal.
From Thoroughbreds to Alpacas
The skills that produce champion horses translate remarkably well to alpaca breeding.
